Operate
Incident, change, problem, escalation and service request management supported by runbooks and defined SLAs.
Two families under one accountable relationship: your Cisco Meraki network estate, and your Nutanix-powered cloud. NOC-led operations, SLA governance, lifecycle visibility and customer success across both.
A conceptual service lifecycle used to explain the model, not a customer deployment.
Your Cisco Meraki network estate, and your Nutanix-powered cloud. Each is a full managed service (NOC-led operations, SLA governance, reporting and lifecycle) under one relationship. Start with the family you came for.
We operate your cloud-managed LAN, WAN and security estate day to day, so branch, campus, retail and distributed sites stay connected, secure and current.
We operate enterprise cloud on the Nutanix Cloud Platform (infrastructure, protection, recovery and Kubernetes), consumed as a service, with clear accountability.
Technology teams are expected to deliver reliable connectivity, secure operations and a good user experience across distributed environments. CDS acts as an extension of your team, managing day-to-day Meraki operations so IT can focus on business priorities.
Keep LAN and WLAN running smoothly. CDS configures, monitors, manages access policies, supports users and devices, and optimises performance across branch, campus, retail and distributed sites.
↗ 02Deliver reliable site-to-site and cloud connectivity. CDS manages Meraki MX and vMX, Auto VPN, link health, application visibility, traffic policies and service assurance.
↗ 03Protect users, devices and locations with managed firewall, VPN, content filtering, threat protection, event triage, security dashboards and reporting.
↗Outcome for customers. Clarity, control and confidence from day one, with one partner managing network access, connectivity, security posture, operations and lifecycle value.
Beyond Cisco Meraki operations, CDS operates enterprise cloud services on the Nutanix Cloud Platform (infrastructure, protection, recovery and Kubernetes) through one accountable relationship. Explore the four services, or start with an assessment.
Scale compute, storage, networking and virtualisation while CDS provisions, monitors, manages capacity and reports, consumption-based.
↗ 02Managed replication, orchestration and documented, tested recovery procedures that make recovery measurable and repeatable.
↗ 03Policy-driven protection for virtual machines, applications and data, with monitoring, restore testing and proof of recoverability.
↗ 04Cluster provisioning, upgrades, observability, security governance, backup and fleet operations across on-premises and cloud, powered by NKP.
↗Company-wide certifications. CDS also holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 37001 and ISO 45001, and is D-U-N-S registered under No. 675926662. See the full list.
